Professional Experience

Mark brings with him more than 7 years of professional training experience, in educating the public and corporate entities in government-backed Accredited Training Organisations (ATOs), amongst other professional training providers.

He has held positions in Business Development Management in Learning & Development (L & D) solutions, and was actively involved in the creation, planning and fulfillment of learning and development solutions for various clients, primarily in the hospitality/leisure clubs sector in Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Prior to training, Mark was in the hospitality/food & beverage business in various hotels, clubs and restaurants in the U.S.A, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Mark has worked with various organisations in L & D, from conceptualisation to implementation, spanning organisational learning frameworks, nationally accredited programs to comprehensive orientation programs. He is also experienced in developing AND delivering content and curriculum. Mark is behind a specialized executive workshop that caters to retrenched and unemployed Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETS), that is still in use today.

He is conversant in managing ‘out-of-the-box’ learning experiences and events, which marry entertainment and education, and is a ‘The Miracle Berry Experience’ Ambassador.
